  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1-2 green chilies (finely chopped)

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • ½ tsp garam masala

  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • Salt – to taste

For Green Chutney

  • 1 cup fresh coriander leaves

  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves

  • 2-3 green chilies

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • Salt – to taste

  • Water – as needed

For Salad Garnish

  • 1 cup onion slices

  • ½ cup cucumber strips

  • ½ cup tomato slices (optional)

  • ½ tsp chaat masala

  • ½ tsp lemon juice


Step-by-Step Method for Veg Kathi Roll

Step 1: Preparing the Dough for Paratha

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add whole wheat flour, maida, salt, and oil.

  2. Gradually add water and knead into a soft, pliable dough.

  3. Cover with a damp cloth and rest for 20–30 minutes.


Step 2: Making the Green Chutney

  1. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, lemon juice, sugar, and salt to a blender.

  2. Add a little water and blend until smooth.

  3. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until needed.


Step 3: Preparing the Vegetable Filling
