Garam masala – 1 tsp
Biryani masala – 1 ½ tsp
Saffron strands – a pinch (soaked in ¼ cup warm milk)
Rose water – ½ tsp (optional)

Fried onions – ½ cup
Cashews – ¼ cup (fried in ghee)
Raisins – 2 tbsp (fried in ghee)

Step 1 – Marinate the Mushrooms
